Hi Aoibheann, I'm sorry you missed the class but Airfield are planning to have me back in the new year. Meanwhile I am doing classes in Hook and Ladder Limerick and have been asked to do a demo at Dublin Co-op so we are awaiting details on that. Meanwhile keep up to date with fermenting news here and on https://www.facebook.com/groups/666216353490704/
Regards

So disappointing your fermentation workshop in Airfield is sold out. Are you planning to do another one in Dublin soon?
