Even though fermenting food is just putting things in jars and bottles, things can go wrong and questions do arise.
Water kefir is one of the more tricky ones to get right and this time of year, the weather greatly affects how long it takes your ferments to work and you will notice that they may ferment faster and develop a tarty taste by comparison to the slower fermenting of winter time.
