I am trying to find a nutritionist who deals with the Specific Carboyhdrate diet. I have the book Breaking the Vicious Cycle but would like someone that could guide me through it, especially if I had any problems.

Val

Val, great to see you here, they are really great muffins. If you decide to make them, don't be put off by how over-carroty the mixture looks, it all comes together so well in the baking

Val

These look wonderful.

Bridget

WEll done for getting well through food choices. Great recipe which I will make soon. Saw coconut flour in a local shop recently.
