The lovely people of Flahavan's Mills invited a group of us to their fascinating factory for a tour and lunch this week. Rather than write loads of blurb, I made this little video on my camera instead. I edited it roughly in iMovie, wacky soundtrack et al. Eat your porridge!

What a brill vid! Lovin it Gal... We had a fab time, and it gave a whole new meaning to the phrase 'Getting your oats'... and have been cooking lots of oaty stuff since, including putting some in my sourdough - recipes going on site soon!
